I like that it is very easy to use, has great features, and gives me all of my information in one place. It also allows me to upload documents easily which saves time. The only thing i dislike about this software is how slow it can be at times when you are trying to open certain screens or programs. Try doing some research first before purchasing so you know what your looking for. There isn't much else to say other than try it out if possible. This helps with our billing process as well as keeping track of residents' progress.
