The audio is terrible. Excellent customer care.

The stereo was overloaded with features but the sound was terrible, there was no subwoofer output and bluetooth connected to many devices. Also the UI was really weird/confusing. The sound wasn't that bad, I'd give it a 4 or 5. But the seller offered to replace it or refund part of the amount to my card and try to fix everything.
