This is the second time I have bought this bottle. It shattered first after the glass barrier between the crystal and the water chamber cracked and shattered. I figured it was user error as I wasn't being as careful as I should have been so I didn't complain. Fast forward to this replacement purchase. I've only had the bottle for a few days and used it literally once trying to be extremely careful but it broke AGAIN. This time the cap got stuck on the bottle and when trying to unscrew it the inner glass barrier separated from the outer glass barrier after the outer glass barrier opening around the neck of the water bottle cracked and broke off. Broken glass seriously cut my finger. I am very disappointed in this product, its quality and durability. It was such a beautiful glass that I really wanted to make crystal water from it, but after this experience I won't be buying it again. Not sure if my glass was broken but I expected more from such an expensive purchase. I went through Revain for a refund so I can't comment on the seller's customer service, only their product.
