The most helpful thing about this tool is that it gives you all your business data, contact lists etc., for free as well! Also they offer great customer support if needed at any time during use of their product or services (they have an online chat feature too). For me personally I haven't found anything to dislike other than maybe some minor glitches here-there but nothing major either - so overall good experience with them!! They are very easy/straightforward guys when working together compared to others who seem more complicated initially which can be frustrating sometimes especially given how small businesses tend not always take themselves seriously enough haha ;) But once we got over those initial hurdles everything seems alright now :).
