I like that it's very easy to use, has great functionality (including tracking of leads/conversions), is customizable enough but also doesn't over do things; which makes sense since they are targeting small businesses who need software with less bells & whistles than larger companies can afford. It'd be nice if you could export your data into other platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot - those would make my life easier! But this isn't necessarily a bad thing either - just something worth considering when deciding what works best in terms of ease-of-use and scalability depending upon how much time / resources one wants to invest up front vs ongoing maintenance costs. We're able to track our pipeline easily through GS so we know where opportunities lie before sending out proposals via email blasts etc. Tracking conversions from landing page visits helps us gauge conversion rates per campaign; allowing me to decide whether an offer is likely going.
