The best thing about this is that it's very easy to use, which means even those who aren't so tech savvy can get started with this product without much of an issue. I like that it's very easy to use, has great functionality (including tracking of leads/conversions), is customizable enough but also doesn't over do things; which makes sense since they are targeting small businesses who need software with less bells & whistles than larger companies can afford.
