Review on ๐Ÿณ Enhance Your Kitchen with Kingston Brass Gourmetier KS8195CTL Continental by Ronald Orear

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's durable, unlike the cheap faucet that came with the original filter system.

I give 4 stars because there is room for improvement. The previous faucet was fitted with a push-in fitting/connector. It was so convenient to plug in and unplug. Why can't Kingston supply this with a plug-in connection? I went to Home Depot and Lowe's but was told it would be very difficult to find a pluggable connector to this specification. ok it's ok So it came with a compression nut and a furrule. But without the copper insert. Why? Is it really that hard to fit a pathetic copper insert so you don't have to drive to Home Depot to get it? I went to Home Depot and bought one, but for some reason the insert didn't fit my 1/4 inch pipe, so I had to make another trip to Lowe's to find one that did. It's not Kingston's fault I have to make two trips, but why bother? Having to tighten the thin nut with a wrench was a major headache. I've searched HD and Lowe's for a wing nut to no avail. My old faucet came with a union nut that could be hand tightened. it connects, it's just beautiful. If I knew how good it was, I would have replaced my old faucet a long time ago. Highly Recommended.
