Review on 🔌 Enhance Power Supply Compatibility with Must-Have 24 pin to 8 pin ATX Adapter Cable for DELL Optiplex 3020, 7020, 9020 & Precision T1700 by Charles Lewis

Received the goods on time, but that's about the way it is. Plugged the adapter into a PC only to find it didn't work. I ended up cutting the sleeve off the circuit board only to find that it was soldered back to front. It was supposed to take a 5 volt wire and boost it to 12 volts, but since it was reversed it did nothing. As you can see from the photos I cut and spliced the wires together to make the adapter work. Emailed the seller twice but received no reply. When I first found the adapter wasn't working I went for help and the second time I found out why it wasn't working. Still haven't received an answer. Of course I also ordered another adapter from somewhere else.
