Although this item looks very attractive and well tailored, I'm not sure the people who make or ship it understand what the term "size" means. means. I wear size 11.5 wide. I checked my order again and it says I ordered a size 11.5. But I must have taken a size 12.5 because there is a full inch between the end of my big toe and the front of the slipper. Looks like I'm wearing bozo clown slippers. They were delivered to my address on November 14, but I only picked them up yesterday. I will try to return them as advertised. I don't want a refund. Rather, I want a pair that suits me.
