Excellent hydration and taste
The packaging is good, you can get a large pack of 16 packs per serving. The lids detach easily so you can use them on the go, and they have an expiration date on the back of each pouch, making them perfect for tossing in your purse or gym bag and leaving there until you need them. . It's a very fine, colorless powder that dissolves almost instantly, so there's no waiting between mixing and drinking. Each of them equals 3 bottles of water, which is why I started buying them first. I was postpartum and in dire need of fluids and that helped a lot. I continue to use them because of how they make me feel and how good they taste and how easy it is to just get going and get on with the day.
