I ordered this from a refurbished Amazon store ready and excited to use it. When it got here I plugged it into my PS4 controller and had no volume. I turned everything around and still nothing. When I tried to remove the connector from my controller, it broke inside the controller and I had to use pliers to pull it out. The product had good reviews but the updated shop is a total joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AMAZON RENEWED STORE.
