Charger will not turn on, batteries OK
Like some others, my charger will not turn on (no lights are on) and the batteries will not charge. I had to use another Rayovac charger to make sure it was a new charger and not new batteries. This was my second purchase of this item as we wanted an extra charger and batteries. The first one worked great and we used it for a year. Make sure you test the charger right away as I didn't test it until after the return window.
