These plates exceeded my expectations! I bought these dishes for every day use with my messy, accident prone family and they have held up great so far! They feel heavier/sturdier than expected for the price. No chips or cracks yet (I have only had them a couple of months but we are pretty hard on our dishes.) Also, I love the little lip on the plates that help prevent spills. Only two small inconveniences: the bowls came with many teeny tiny strings of glue or something on them that needed to be pulled off, and the lip on the large plates makes it so they won’t stand up straight in my dishwasher. I’m very happy with this dish set overall and plan to get more when my family inevitably wrecks these.
