The customer service was excellent! They were very friendly & knowledgeable about our business needs as well how we can implement them into my system without having too many issues or delays from there end (a rare thing these days). I had no complaints at all in dealing directly w/the team here nor did i have any problems implementing new features for me when needed - just follow through!! We are now fully up-to date regarding current products out therre today such us SAP BI Suite etc.. My client's success has been greatly enhanced by this great product / support offered btwn both myself AND dolvinconsulting who provided exceptional guidance along each step of implementation process.-The ability t use multiple languages within one application which made it easy fo rmy staff members whoworked together internationally across time zones.
