*EDIT* I got a response from support the same day I emailed them. They suggest I do a firmware reset which will fix the issues until I can actually use the mods. Still can't connect the Elite 2 controller via Bluetooth. Support response and being able to at least use mods made me change my star rating from 1 to 3. The cons and the fact that it's not up and running due to constant crashes when trying to play prevented a 5. */EDIT* I'm using a Nintendo Switch with the latest firmware update June 17th, 2021. As first I updated Switch-Up to the latest version by following the instructions. Pairing instructions are short with no details. Through trial and error, I managed to connect the Nintendo Pro controller. On both Pro and Joy-cons, the vibration function remains active after pairing or becomes intermittent. Once it settles, the on-screen characters will wiggle in place as if receiving input from a controller. Wired control between the Pro controller and the device also works. Pairing with an Xbox Elite 2 controller via Bluetooth does not work. From there nothing works. Trying to go into menu mode so you can enter mod codes never happens. I followed all the instructions, even googled a bit. Spent an hour on it and was ready to return it before emailing support. I need you to get back to me by tomorrow or the case will be sent back to Revane. Very disappointing with all the big promises this thing makes.
