Cable didn't work for me either.

Product didn't work for my 2012 V6 Rav 4 car as advertised. It is required to cut off the contact from the old part and solder to a new one, but it ends. Installed, checked voltage at the connectors, the O2 sensor display stayed on after a lot of fiddling. There is also no plug to prevent air from entering the cabin. I ended up buying a German part that worked without any problems. If you're good at splicing cables this might work, but it's not my experience so YMMV.
