Broken Fast-In Sensors

Put them in my car and they didn't last a day. I checked the codes the next morning and the sensors failed after less than 100 miles. Instead, it is recommended to only purchase from an OEM parts store. This saves you time and money.

Pros
  • Stylish and Modern Design
Cons

Cable didn't work for me either.

Product didn't work for my 2012 V6 Rav 4 car as advertised. It is required to cut off the contact from the old part and solder to a new one, but it ends. Installed, checked voltage at the connectors, the O2 sensor display stayed on after a lot of fiddling. There is also no plug to prevent air from entering the cabin. I ended up buying a German part that worked without any problems. If you're good at splicing cables this might work, but it's not my experience so YMMV.

Buy them if you want nightmares and are wasting your time and money.

They are not working as advertised. They cause P0031 - Oxygen (A/F) heater control circuit low (Bank 1, Sensor 1) and P0051 - Oxygen (A/F) heater control circuit low (Bank 2, Sensor 1) respectively. Don't waste your time and money like me. I ended up having to go to Rock Auto and buy the right ones, and they were only a dollar more expensive, had the right connectors, and were wired right. The most important thing is that they really work!

Money Saving: Oxygen

Easy to crimp and crimp, just the 2 black wires didn't seem to matter, but the other 2 wires, blue and white, matched my 2004 Mitsubishi Montero, and boom, that's tight . The same dealer repair cost me $350 over 10 years ago. I made it myself for $38 including a special tool that you may or may not need. I ended up just using a 22mm wrench but this tool can help me with 4 other sensors on this SUV and I've only changed 2 so far

Defective after unpacking and no cable color instructions

cheap and does not work. cable color codes. I needed this information to connect my old OEM connector. Your instructions don't describe which wires are responsible for what. Spent more time on it! I used to have these codes: Black Wires for Heater - Anything. Blue - positive signal White - negative signal. Had to crimp the new sensor to the old connector, more time and effort, not worth the money saved if at all, and use their heat activated wire insulators, more time and effort anyway. Then…
