I have had kitchen help for 3.5 months and I am very sorry. (Before that, I had the same Cuisinart for nearly a decade.) Almost immediately, I noticed so many unfortunate differences about my new kitchen gadget: It's uncomfortably LOUD, it doesn't cut well, and our favorite cookie we always succeed Pulse Pulse in our former DO NOT MIX/TURN food processor ON (and the dough knife was not included). But what finally brought me to utter regret was when my son bent some cheddar the wrong way with a plastic shoot pusher(?). The difference is small, I've done it myself several times which means a 50% chance of being wrong every time! My son wasn't paying attention and put it all the way down and now it's stuck forever! We tugged and struggled, even ripping out the plastic to get it out again. Pooh! I don't have to grate cheese anymore! Parmesan!
