I would give them 1 star but I thought good customer service warranted a 2 star rating as they tried to get it right but the product just didn't meet the requirements. I love Silblade products and have used them on my vehicles for years. These were the first pair I bought for my 2014 Ford Focus. The 28 inch is also probably the longest I've ever bought, which could be part of the problem. The first pair were obvious throwbacks that lacked wiper arm adapters. The Kohls return process made it easy to get replacement wipers. One of the replacement kits went without a hitch, while the other had one of the wobbly plastic connectors that fell apart when it snapped into place. Not wanting to bother with another return, I contacted the manufacturer. for some wiper arm connectors. They sent me two wiper arm connectors free of charge. I finally had working replacement wipers and thought I was done. I walked. I stopped and picked up the "cap" that snaps open to secure the wiper arm connector. It wasn't broken and returned to its place. We had a snowstorm a few days later, and the added drag from rubbing the snow broke both wiper arm adapters, almost like they were insanely made of paper mache. That was the last straw and I returned them. I would only recommend them if you have short windshield wipers and/or don't live where it snows or freezes. Maybe the wiper arm connectors other than the "C" type used on my Focus are fine. I'm really disappointed because the previous Silblade products I've had in the past have been very well made and have lasted for years. I hope they improve the quality before I have to buy wiper blades again. I would be willing to try them again on another car but I will never buy 28" flex blades for my Focus unless they have been specifically redesigned to correct a design flaw in their current wiper arm ports.
