Best Doesn't last long in rugs, pillows and protectors

Bought these for living room carpet. I put one on each corner of the carpet and it stuck perfectly... for about a month. After about a month of use, my mat started to loosen from its grips. They just weren't as sticky as when first applied. They say they are reusable so I tried washing them off hoping that would restore the stickiness but it didn't. I ended up just removing them and using carpet tape instead. I will not buy these again.
