The software is easy enough that anyone can use it without needing help from an expert (which I highly recommend). They have also been very helpful in responding quickly if you need assistance as well! It's not perfect but they are constantly improving their product so there aren't any real issues at this point - just minor things like some of our data being imported into another format than what we were expecting or having difficulty uploading files sometimes when running jobs remotely through batch execution mode versus manual job scheduling via Excel/PowerBI etc., which could be solved by them updating those options within the program itself instead of forcing us users do update everything manually every single day thoughout each month until new updates come out!). We've used several different MS Office products over my career including Word & Powerpoint plus other programs such as Navigator / Vantage Plus where needed however none really compare back then vs now regarding easeof.
