Works well - can be used with one hand

I had one of the original Bushnell range finders which I kept for years until it finally expired late last year. For several months I worked without a range finder, but I became very dependent on it, so I recently bought this model. The size surprised me compared to the much older model I used; This range finder is really small. This is not a disadvantage at all as it is very comfortable in my hand. The old model required two hands to operate due to its design. It's easy to use with one hand and I have no complaints. The "push" feature is an added bonus, although sometimes it will "push" even when not tied to the flag. Like all rangefinders of this type, I find they work best when you use the "sweep" motion on the flag to ensure you are actually getting the distance to the flag. Also, I usually get readings from something behind the green, e.g. a tree, just to make sure I'm actually within range of the club. I ordered two packs of 3V batteries as I don't use them in anything other than this device. I've played a few rounds with it, the battery indicator still shows full charge. Let's see how it holds up.
