Review on πŸ“ž Hamilton CapTel 2400i: Large Touch-Screen Captioned Telephone with 40dB Amplification - Enhance Communication Accessibility by Kayla Gonzalez

I am very impressed with this item!

Very good phone. I didn't know the government had a program to pay for subtitles on this device. We had to register it in my mother's name and sign that she was deaf to the point that she needed this closed captioning device and agree that other people are not allowed to use the phone and by registering the Fed is paying for the closed captioning service. If it's not registered, it won't work. The aesthetics of this phone are very appealing. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Everything is written in large print or letters and numbers, which makes sense since most of the market for this type of device is for the elderly, who often fail at something. I have no complaints about anything with this phone. If there's one improvement I'd like to see, it's that the way the phone freezes makes it easy to knock over and damage. The phone sounds a little strange when he hangs up. My mother is still a little afraid to use it because she is afraid of dropping the phone after hanging up. That being said I will be recommending this product to my aunt and uncle who are both hard of hearing. I am really impressed with this purchase!
