Beautiful! So full. Exactly what I needed. Elastic waistband with Velcro. It also has a tie over it so there is nowhere to go with the velcro buttoned and the tie tied. My only concern is that I don't think the velcro is suitable for bigger girls. I'm medium in most of my clothes and the velcro is even a bit tight for me. But you don't have to use velcro because there's still a tie so it doesn't matter, I personally just think it's more secure with a velcro.
