The size is not the same.
i have attached a photo of the 4t shirt my daughter is wearing and under this shirt it is much bigger and doesn't look like it will fit in the next 2 years . It is also not suitable as a cute dress because the sleeves are too long. Aside from being pretty useless at the moment, I'll still keep it for the future because it's pretty cute.
