This is my second Pitbull razor. The latest version is better than the previous generation 'golden' razor it replaced in every way. It shaves my canopy down to the bone in just minutes with no irritation and charges at lightning speed. I haven't seen a reason to use anything other than a Pitbull since I started shaving my head 3 years ago. My complaint and the reason for downgrading my rating to only 3 stars? I spent this time on "Platinum". Considering the price difference, you'd expect the case to be real stainless steel, but no, it's just chrome over the same black plastic as the 'gold'. Good enough, but now after only a few months of use the chrome is starting to wear off. (See image) In addition to destroying the shiny aesthetic that I paid a premium for, it also leaves a worn chrome finish on my grape after a shave. The glitter on my head isn't the glitter I imagined. Save a few bucks and get gold.
