My old Frigidaire dehumidifier stopped working after 5 years which according to Google is a typical lifespan. I wanted to invest in something that would last longer, so I went with this one, which seems like a mistake. Right off the bat, I'm not a fan of it. You have to turn it off before removing the bucket, while my old one turned off automatically when the bucket was removed. I still couldn't remove the filter because it seems like it will break if I pull on it harder. It also came with one of the stitching along the edge popped out (as pictured). I can't bring it back to normal so I just hold this page against the wall. I haven't passed the return window yet, so I can send it back and try again.
