Pretty but cheap
It's more about looks than functionality. It's a cute little raincoat and umbrella, but the boots are missing. However, the quality is cheap plastic for both and not built to last. Throw it away for a few uses. It's not expensive and you get two grand, so you can't expect more anyway.
