Review on ACDelco PF53 GM Original Equipment Engine Oil Filter by Dusty Wonsley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits exactly, filters too.

ACDelco. AC stands for Albert Champion, a French cycle and motorcycle racing champion who founded Champion Spark Plugs and later AC Spark Plugs in the early 20th century. Delco stands for Dayton Electric Co., an Ohio company that was instrumental in inventing the electric starter for automobile engines. AC Spark Plugs and Delco became GM (Give or Take<G>) companies a hundred years ago. It's nice that they still keep the labels of those pioneering car companies. Delco filters are OEM filters. This means that they are installed on the production line and (should be) installed by dealer service. They will withstand the extended drain intervals recommended by most modern vehicles; which some of the cheaper filters used at oil change stations (some of which cost a lot less than a dollar) may not. Place. We have 3 cars and Delco is one of the filters I always turn to when preparing for an oil change.

Cons
  • Band
