This small, toy-like grater could be mistaken for a Christmas tree decoration, but don't let the size fool you - it's a great tool. I use it all the time for the following things: 1. A small grater of parmesan for a portion of pasta2. Lemon zest 3. Freshly ground nutmeg 4. Freshly ground cinnamon 5. Finely grated garlic Saves space not only because of its size, but also because of its versatility. I no longer need special juicers, meat grinders, garlic presses, etc. Cleaning is very easy, with a tiny drop of dish soap and a toothbrush that fits easily into the grater. And it's cheap! No wonder I love this humble little instrument. Highly recommended.
