Works great - layer

Fits under the floorboard to avoid being in the way. I like this style. The 1/4" spacers push out the bottom plate to make room for work and don't seem to affect the bike's carrying capacity or looks. Makes shifting easier, highly recommend and this is from a guy who thought the heel shift was stupid.
