My purchasing experience with them was anything but enjoyable, which is a sad reflection on their company. When I finally did manage to place an order, I was extremely dissatisfied to discover that the products I had ordered did not resemble the photographs that were displayed on the website. The standard of quality was low, and there was no consistency in the measurements at all. When I attempted to return the items, the customer support team was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more frustrating. My refund took a few weeks to process, and I was required to pay for the transportation costs to return the item myself. In the end, I had to learn the lesson the hard way, but LONGYUAN proved to be no exception to the rule that you get what you pay for. Although their prices might be appealing, the standard of both the products they sell and the assistance they provide to customers leaves a lot to be desired.
