Fits 2001 Volvo V70. Installation was pretty easy once you have a small screwdriver/pick pick to remove the clips from the old racks. Also, a friend would help hold the sunroof open (I lay on my back in the trunk and held the sunroof with my feet while removing/installing the struts as this is when they are fully extended and easier to remove/ I'm sure it looked silly to put it in) And if your Volvo is similar to mine, the part of the plastic panel that needs to be removed will break in the process. But the hatch opens strongly and holds securely, but not so much that it's difficult to close. This pair is cheaper than a single OEM unit and I recommend it. (Note: some videos and internet sources say you can get away with replacing one strut - that's a lie. I replaced one but it still didn't hold up well. Buy both, replace both and it fell better)
