These are really well made forks so +5 stars for that; however -3 stars for the size of the outer plug (the part you see on the end of the handlebars when installed). The problem is that the overall diameter is too small that it doesn't properly cover the ends of the tape on the handlebars (especially thicker gel tape) or the end of most grips on flat bars (especially mountain bike grips). Portions of the band or grips protrude from the fork, creating a messy look, as if you're just trying to save a few bucks instead of spending a little more money on full-size forks. Those bar end caps are a mistake.
