My husband loves pizza! Earlier this year he really started getting into it and started making special dough for it to make it even better. I surprised him with this pizza skin and he liked it. To make a good pizza, your oven needs to be super hot, so this long-handled pizza peel really helps you not get so hot when you're working in the kitchen. He also likes that it's easy to clean. The wooden handle can be separated from the bowl and you can then throw the bowl in the dishwasher at will. He usually just cleans it by hand because it's quick and easy. Overall a great purchase! I can also buy him a wooden one because if you're not careful, the dough can stick a little to the metal bowl. works like a charm to pull everything out of the oven!
