After 5 months the USB ports will not work unless you fully unplug the power strip, wait 20 seconds and then turn it back on. Big disappointment as I bought this to charge 5 things at once. UPDATE: The seller got back to me and sent me a replacement. It's not exact, they said it's "newer" so hopefully the internals are better designed. However, there is one less USB-C port, but that's fine for my purposes. It has 2 USB-a and 1 USB-C with PD. I'll update it in a few months if it works better than the original.
