Review on Derale Performance 16830 Output Radiator by Dee Parson

I bought this from Jeep and installed it on my 1998 Jeep TJ 4.0L. Depth than a Lincoln Mark 8 fan with almost the same CFM. I like having 2 fans instead of just one, it improves reliability on the track. It's good for tails and when I head west into the mountains. The brackets require a bit of work, but it was easy and it covers the entire heatsink. Two fans are mounted on either side of the water pump, leaving ample space between the housing and the water pump pulley. I didn't even have to swap the pulley bolts for screws. It is cooled so well with the triple-core CSF heatsink that the temperature barely reaches the boiling point even at high speeds. I have air conditioning, an engine oil cooler and a turbocharged water/air intercooler all in front of my radiator. This cooling fan is a new choice for Jeep TJ owners. I have a Derale 16788 Dual Fan Controller, it has AC control, an option to turn off the fan and adjustable temperature control.
