I was hesitant to buy this due to the many options on the market. But I'm really glad I have this one! Packaging: Minimalist but well packaged - Includes a small user manual with QR code to download the ZAZa app - Comes with an IR remote control - Includes a nice silicone case (for storage and cannot be used while the device is in use) - Includes a small keychain for the silicone case Product: I really liked it. Made of aluminum and makes a stable impression. There's a small IR blaster at the end and an LED indicator to let you know when it's working. Usage/Compatibility: I found the installation fairly quick. I downloaded the Zaza app and just connected. Pairing with my old mid 2000's 42 inch Sharp TV was pretty easy. I was concerned that the old Galaxy S4 (with built in IR blaster) that I was using as a remote would not work well with the TV. I had to download several apps and try different modes to make it work with the TV. This app worked great with the TV. 100% compatible. Better than other apps I've used on the S4 (which died last week). I then went downstairs to try on my parents' new Samsung Q65 TV. The setting worked well. This TV has remote control sound commands that are clearly not compatible with the Zaza app. But it's normal. I did not expect this. Also try our Toshiba TV media rooms with built in Revain fire. It worked great! The only thing that didn't work was the back button. So I would give 98% compatibility. Along with the Toshiba TV we have an early/mid 2000's Bose lifestyle system that also goes together quite well. App Issues: Based on some reviews I've read, the app is said to be dodgy things. I removed the permissions from the application. And also made it so that the application cannot run in the background. I've used this on both my Galaxy S8 and Google Pixel 2. Both work great with it. Highly recommended!
