Review on GRV 13 5050 Wedge Super Bright RV Parts & Accessories by Glen Elevyn

I liked them at first. They weren't easy to install. The base is thicker than the original bulbs so I had to force them in. They worked great and were bright. I converted our van and ran them for a few hours today. My wife noticed some flickering so I tapped the lamp and it went out. I opened it and it's all in pieces. The base was very hot when I took it off. Check another lightbulb that was on for the same amount of time and was also hot. As soon as I touched it, it fell apart. It got so hot that the solder melted and it fell apart. One of the shots shows drops of solder as it broke. I would not recommend them at all as they are a fire hazard. I have removed them all from the trailer and will be looking for another brand.
