Not suitable for automotive electronics

We bought this (and adapters not included) and took it to a professional installer. It did not work. It was turned on, but no connection was established. IT WON'T DO ANYTHING. Very cool article conceptually and that would be great. Except it didn't work and we had to come back for a refund. boo! I give two stars because the design was great and the support team tried to help. (It wasn't a smooth process and there was a communication barrier, but I'll give anyone a point for trying these days.)
