Our TV lift cabinet sits near our Kiva fireplace. The side of the cabinet can get very hot when we have a fire. So we had a 36″+ tower fan next to the closet to blow air through the closet and keep the temperature down. I wanted something less obtrusive, so I bought an AXIS 16-inch tower fan and wall-mounted it with command bars. The connector sits about 4 inches below the fan so nothing is on the floor, and the high speed keeps the side of the TV case cool without making a sound. In addition, we can rotate the fan as needed to move it the way we want. The layout of the living room, it is not recommended to move the TV cabinet, we will not watch TV in the garage.
