With one hand you need to hold the oven on the counter and open the door with the other. This is especially inconvenient when trying to open it and insert food trays. If you do it with one hand, he'll want to pick the item off the counter. Probably not often, but I had to turn off and reset the device twice because the device stopped responding to commands. 6. Small. You could grill quail, but you're not putting chicken in this thing.7. No matter how low I adjusted the top tray or turned and turned, the food on the top tray stayed dry.
