Review on Shakespeare 420 VHF Antenna 5 Feet by Julpikz Bellemy

This is a good antenna and every time I checked the radio on the boat I got a "crystal clear" response. The built in cable is good, the end attaches easily although direction is lacking. The only complaint is that the pin that goes through the base to hold the antenna is already rusting and in the last year I've only used the boat 6 or 7 times in salt water and every time I hose the boat down with a brush . If this boat sat on a dock or slipway it would only last a season and turn into a rusty mess.
