Works well. I worry about it long term as there are a few spots that were not coded with whatever black coating that they used, although I could probably find some sort of spray for it. Part of the bottom metal weave stuff also came bent and not connected in a section. I am sure it will be fine, and we plan to keep it in our garage when not in use. It makes car camping though so much easier. Due to back problems, I could just no longer help lift our giant Costco sized cooler into our SUV when it was stocked. This thing has saved the day for my back. I only wish that I would have bought one sooner. It also hangs out from the car a ways which I thought that I would not like, until I realized that I can still open my trunk with it attached. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee incase you have something of similar size and was wondering about how it would fit on your car.
