Review on πŸ“ Revolutionary FastCap PSSR25 Lefty Righty Measuring Tool for Accurate Measurements by Daniel Taylor

Give them a try, don't mind losing the other brands you have now!

If there is any problem with this tape measure it is the clip attachment on the tape measure. For me, reading glasses and a measuring tape are omnipresent. The solution is to have a bowl of each and return the found ones to the bowl so I can take them next time. FastCap tapes are inexpensive because there are always plenty of them, and the tape's accuracy allows for near-final measurements on everything from framing to furniture. Another nice thing is that the width of the tape measure is constant: the body is 3 inches and the tape measure is 1 inch, unlike other big brands, each tape measure is different. I have also found that this tape is not subject to the end clip movement commonly found on other tapes. I don't worry about a tape measure measuring work and another tape measure on the saw. Oftentimes, this procedure can easily accommodate boards that are either too narrow or just don't fit the desired length. I'm aware of inch reduction and other methods, but wouldn't it be easier to just not let the clip move. FastCap makes several models of tape that everyone out there uses. The Storyboard ribbon is great for layout because constant dimensions can be specified on the ribbon itself. Most FastCap products are ingeniously simple solutions or improvements to common problems or products. In addition, FastCap endorses their products when purchased from them or an authorized reseller. Out of the 20 FastCap tapes I bought, I had a lemon. The first time I pulled it out just a few feet, the spring recoil broke. An image attached to a FastCap email resulted in a new replacement being quickly shipped.
