Beautiful retro style, sticks well in the car ventilation clip with an extra strong magnet. It can be torn down where you place it if you have passengers who tend to mess with your car's air conditioning etc. It is attached to the ventilation opening. The channel that streams music from your CD is easy to tune to almost any channel you want, but Bluetooth doesn't stay tuned well while driving. Please note that I live in the suburbs and we don't have many radio channels that are very clear for a consistent amount of time. If you live in the city, you might have different experiences with it. However, if it stays on the channel, the music doesn't sound very good, bright and mono sounds rather than stereo. Also, the buttons feel cheap, very light plastic painted like metal. There aren't many options for the newer cqr to play CDs through the radio. So if you just occasionally need to listen to a CD that you haven't heard in a while, that might be fine. It also works as a portable CD to take to the beach or at home, anywhere. The latter is better to use in my opinion. Batteries don't last long, so charge them or leave them plugged in while in use. As for the remote control, I haven't seen it and don't see the benefit of it since you hold it next to you to listen to it.
