Unreliable and not as pictured

Tested on multiple computers with multiple established hard drives. 80% of the time the computer can't see the hard drive and sometimes freezes, 20% of the time it connects, but I'm afraid to move any files with it. This is done via a USB connection. To top it off, it's not like the picture, the power button is now moved to the back instead of up, which is one of the reasons I bought it. This appears to be a revised version, meaning the previous positive reviews no longer apply. Dissatisfied with purchase, return for refund.
