I like that they are able to do all of my job duties in one place as well as keeping me informed about everything going on at work through their email system.

It would be nice if there was an option where you could get notifications when someone replies back or adds something into your inbox so it doesn't have to sit waiting until later hours after business closes everyday! They seem very reliable and helpful however sometimes things can take longer than expected due to issues outside our control such as weather delays etc which causes us problems during those times but other then that no complaints here.
