The turbo boost on our k2500 (204,000 miles on the odometer) was reset via the wastegate at approx 2,000 rpm, which significantly reduces power and throws out codes, not to mention the corner rolling. A quick internet search revealed that the magnet needed to be replaced. This particular genuine GM part seems to be recommended by most. It took less than 15 minutes to remove the old one and replace it with the new one and fix all the above issues.
