Save your money folks, this product doesn't work. I bought this engraver on June 13th this year, the plans were to engrave the bottom of 2 bells. I recently witnessed the deaths of my younger brother and eldest son, I wanted to make a chime in their memory, but because I was so mourning the loss I just couldn't attempt it until yesterday. When I tried to use the engraver it didn't work. My husband tried several different battery packs but it just didn't work. It's too late for me to return it, but it's not too late to save you from this terrible purchase.
